We are also located on Logger Creek so select apartment homes have beautiful views of the creek side and Boise mountains. Our one bedroom apartment homes start at $700 and range from 769 sq. ft. to 848 sq. ft. Our two bedrooms, two bathroom apartment homes start at $900 and are 1.086 sq. ft. and 1,100 sq. ft. Our three bedroom , two bathroom townhouse is $1200 per month and 1,646sq. ft. Our deposits and move-in fees are as follows: $40 application fee per person for credit and criminal history checks. $150 administrative fee will hold your apartment, and $200 refundable deposit is due upon move-in. We do allow pets with an additional deposit of $750 ($500) refundable per dog and $300 ($150) refundable per ceat. We do have a breed restriction for the dogs.
