Colonial Estates offers one, two & three bedroom apartment homes. We have a large clubhouse with sauna, jacuzzi and Fitness center. We also have heated indoor/outdoor pool areas along with a grill and picnic area. All of our buildings are controlled entry, there are also elevators and laundry facilities in all buildings. We have garages conveniently located in our community with some having remotes.
