The Villas of Marine Creek is made up of four-plex apartment homes, all on ground level. This community is designed with the senior in mind - those who wish to scale down from home and yard care to a less hectic lifestyle. A landscaper cares for the grounds and residents are allowed to garden at their entry area. The community has a sparkling swimming pool and large clubroom where we feature monthly activities for our residents.
