The R.L. Courts is a Government subsidized (Section 8), complex based, elderly and mobility impaired one bedroom complex. There is no set rent at this complex as it is based on the tenants income. A good rough estimate would be 30% of a tenants before tax income. 62 is the age set by the Government as elderly but there are allowances for near elderly, 55 and older.
