Consisting of both single and two-story plans, Pontevedra offers seven floor plans with at least four bedrooms (or three bedrooms and a den) ranging from 2,562 to 4,008 square feet. Numerous flexible floor plan options are available, including basements, bonus rooms, additional bathrooms and up to six bedrooms.
