It has lovely granite counters in the kitchen, stainless sink and a stale finish tiles in kitchen and the bathrooms. The other features include the mirrored doors, and the bevelled glass wall in DR/GR, adding to the elegance of the condo. A GE washer and a dryer are also installed in the condo. The seller has paid the HOA dues for the first six months. The condo is at footprints from the market, restaurants, and the art galleries.
