Having seen this you may be asking yourself which approach you should take, buying or renting. In this situation, you are certainly not alone. In renting San Diego condos, it is basically like renting an apartment, but a luxury one. You will not be able to have as many freedoms as you usually would if you actually owned the unit that you reside in. For example, relocating, remodeling or redecorating would require permission. Depending on the personality of your landlord, you may or may not get your way. One reason you may want to entertain the idea of renting San Diego condos, as opposed to buying one, is because of your responsibility. As a condo tenant, it is your duty to maintain the cleanliness of the condo and to pay your rent on time. If the condo need any new repairs, it is not your responsibly to pay for the repairs, unless of course your actions resulted in repaired being needed. However if you owned the condo, any repairs would be your responsibility. With all this said buying and renting San Diego condos each have their pros and cons and should be considered in decision making.
