Less than two months after ‘topping off' the first of five towers of ONE Lifestyle Condominiums Las Vegas, the developers of the property today announced they have ‘topped off' the second tower, making the overall development one step closer to completion.

The celebration of the topping off of Tower Two occurred March 20, with ONE Las Vegas principals, staff and construction crews celebrating on site at Las Vegas Boulevard South, just south of Blue Diamond Road.

"We are excited about our timely progression," said Kalman Sufrin, of B.S.R. Group, one of the project's developers. "The only steps left towards the tower's completion are the final exterior touches and the interior of the building."

Sufrin said Tower Two is expected to be finished at beginning of 2008. Tower One residents are slated to move into their new high-rise homes by the end of this year.

ONE Lifestyle Condominiums Las Vegas is the first high-rise venture of this magnitude to be developed in a growing part of the south valley, just south of Windmill Lane, and is the only Las Vegas high-rise south of Tropicana Avenue.
