DECEMBER 12, 2006 -- Alpharetta, Ga. -- Thomas Enterprises, a development firm headquartered in Newnan, Ga., is building Prospect Park, a 64-acre, mixed-use development in Alpharetta, Ga., a suburb of Atlanta. The community is slated for completion in the spring of 2008.

The complex will feature Georgian-style architecture and include The Stanbury Residences, consisting of 82 condominium units; The Stanbury, a 142-room hotel; The Forum Collection, an upscale retail plaza; and The Office Collection, 350,000 square feet of office space.

"Prospect Park is being developed specifically for people who want to combine a suburban lifestyle with luxury, service and upscale shopping," said Stan Thomas, founder of Thomas Enterprises.

Two- and three-bedroom condos will be situated in three buildings and range from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet. Paul Duesing, a world-famous designer, will design the units' interiors. Condos will overlook gardens and feature Viking appliances, Kohler fixtures, private balconies with summer grills and limestone-tiled flooring, bead board ceilings, frameless shower doors, hardwood flooring, marble bathroom flooring, marble or granite countertops, wood cabinetry and lighting with centralized control systems.

The condominiums will start at $1.5 million. Residents and guests will have access to room service, concierge service, spa, fitness center, tennis courts, clubroom, business center, media room, underground parking and pool. Thomas Enterprises will manage the community. Coldwell Banker The Condo Store is handling sales and marketing for Prospect Park.
