Developments of note built by The Futura Group include Mill Dam Landing, Bridgett’s Landing, Tranquility by the Bay and Island Estates, which is a 33-home development spread over 25 acres that the Elizabeth River Project, recognized for its environmentally sensitive design. Projects under construction and/or design include The Sanctuary at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Mayberry in Virginia Beach, The Gateway in Portsmouth, Colonial Village in Edenton, NC and Windsor Woods in Windsor, Virginia. Most recently, the company began work on their newest project, the 327-residential unit, Spectrum at Willoughby Point with 79 boat slips and 22,000 square feet of retail/office space in Norfolk.
