Timothy J. Richards
Timothy Richards has spent over 40 years in the resort real estate and hospitality fields. After obtaining a BS degree from Penn State in Hospitality Management he began his career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He owned and operated an Ocean City real estate brokerage firm before divesting in 2002. He served as the 2001 President of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS. The Cape House Condominiums bring together many years of resort travel and knowledge.
