Terms & Conditions
The NewCondosOnline.com iPhone Giveaway contest only applies to our users actively looking for new homes. Only serious potential buyers will be considered for the drawing. A "serious potential buyer" is defined as a user who is currently considering the purchase of a new condo or home in the next 12 months and is interested in speaking to sales representatives at the property of their choice. These users must visit the property or schedule an appointment within 3 months of their initial registration date. Contact information supplied in the property registration forms must be current and accurate. The contest applies to properties with direct registration forms on NewCondosOnline.com only. Registrations on partner sites do not currently apply.
