New Condos Online believes strongly in giving back to the community and supporting important causes. The founders of the company have spent years in service to this country as well as created organizations that promote donating to charitable causes.

We currently donate to the following charities:

Naval Special Warfare Foundation - Our mission was not created by war, but it has been made more important and more difficult as a result of it. Our focus is on family and the special community that is Naval Special Warfare. Since our inception, the goal has been to provide educational and motivational support, promote health and welfare programs and perpetuate the history and heritage of U.S. Naval Commandos. Breast Cancer Foundation - For more than 20 years, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has been a global leader in the fight against breast cancer through its support of innovative research and community-based outreach programs. Working through a network of U.S. and international Affiliates and events like the Komen Race for the Cure�, the Komen Foundation is fighting to eradicate breast cancer as a life-threatening disease by funding research grants and supporting education, screening and treatment projects in communities around the world.

Prison Intrepreneurship - The Prison Entrepreneurship Program (PEP) engages the nation’s top business and academic talent in this innovative solution by creating high-impact service opportunities. We constructively redirect inmates’ talents by equipping them with values-based entrepreneurial training—enabling them to productively re-enter society. This scalable concept was developed in May 2004 by a mission-driven team with backgrounds in venture capital and law.

Reach Global - REACH GLOBAL was created to educate the general population of the benefits of genetic testing to ascertain whether they carry the gene mutation which places them in a higher risk category for breast and ovarian cancer. Our mission is to support education and genetic screening of women around the world so we can break the cycle of hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. REACH GLOBAL was created because one of the founding members was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 47 and after her diagnosis learned that she carried the BRCA 1 mutation which gave her a 33-50% risk of developing breast cancer by age 50. She only wishes that someone had educated her about genetic testing so she could have taken preventive measures to reduce her risk..
