Taiba Beach Resort is one of the largest and most exclusive resorts being planned in the area around Fortaleza.
The objective is to integrate a modern resort with a unique, picturesque fishing village. The resort is a direct extension of the village centre, with short distances to everything Taiba can offer.

The resort was designed by a Norwegian and a Brazilian architect. The result is Norwegian functionality and effective floor plans, combined with Brazilian materials and a tropicalisation of the buildings. In addition, an award-winning Brazilian landscape architect, Ricardo Marinho, will transform the resort into a tropical garden.

The site slopes downwards towards the sea, totals 57,000sqm, with around 300 metres of shore line. This means large outdoor areas and proximity to the sea. Most of the 152 properties will have a sea view. Five different types of properties are available, from one bedroom apartments to large beach houses.

The park at Taiba Beach Resort will cover an area of around 20,000sqm. The park starts at the beach in the middle of the resort and leads up to a large area with lakes, a waterfall, a pool and luxuriant tropical vegetation. The water in the lakes will be recycled and form part of the automatic irrigation system in the resort. Small islands will be connected by bridges and have simple gazebos for recreation and relaxation.
The site has 150 original palm trees that will be preserved. Other tropical plants will also be used to create a luxuriant, tropical park. Here you will be able to harvest coconuts from the palms and pick sun-ripened mangoes or bananas.
The large swimming pool is centrally located in the park and has a separate children’s pool, jacuzzi and lap pool of international dimensions. Alongside the pool, there will be a sunken bar and a children's playground.
You will also find tennis courts and a volleyball field, a minigolf course and a fitness centre. A private spa centre is also being planned. Two of the leading figures in the Norwegian kiting community, Arnulf Refsnes and Christopher Dons, have bought a beach house at Taiba Beach Resort. They plan to set up a kiting centre at the resort. Here you will be able to rent kiting equipment or get kiteboarding instructions.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES
The objective is to make living and owning a home in Taiba Beach Resort as simple and comfortable as possible for you, and a wide range of services will be offered in the resort. Some of them are included in the joint expenses (condominium fees), while others are charged according to consumption

RECEPTION AND SECURITY SERVICE
The resort will have a reception and a security service. Taiba is a very safe village where the locals often sleep with their doors unlocked. We have nevertheless chosen to build a wall around the resort, and the entrances will have a security officer. This will provide the added security many seek when buying property abroad.

FURNISHING PACKAGES
We will use an interior architect to design furniture and interior packages adapted to the various property types. In the near future, you will receive full information about the various packages offered. You order your furniture package before moving in and can if you wish have it assembled and ready for use before you take over the property.

BUYING A CAR
We believe that many will wish to own a car, and cars produced in Brazil are reasonable. Beach buggies are probably the most popular vehicle. It is open and perfect for driving on the beach and in the dunes, but also good for road use. A beach buggy costs around GBP 5,000. and its planned that the resort will enter into a joint purchasing agreement for those who want to buy a beach buggy, which will include a service agreement. We plan to offer interested buyers a beach buggy, registered, insured and in your garage when you take over the property.

OTHER SERVICES
Maintenance of the properties, caretaker, gardener, pool cleaning etc, are included in the services. You can also hire a maid who will take care of all the housework. The resort will have its own accountant who can, if required, pay the bills and taxes of each owner. You pay in advance and will receive periodic statement of accounts.
