Options for furnishing

The living rooms and the bedrooms are provided with TV sets, curtains, damask cloths; the kitchenettes are equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, easy to use and the bathrooms are furnished with bathroom furniture and accessories which gives the owners the opportunity for immediate rent. The apartments have air-conditioning as well.

Payment plans

The developer offers 2 payment schemes, which will satisfy the desires and resources of a wide range of customers.

Plan  А – Standard
30% - upon signing the preliminary contract;
20% - after completion of rough construction and roof but not later than 30.12.2008;
30% - after completion of plasterworks and installations but not later than 15.04.2009;
20% - upon transfer of property ownership right but mot later than 30.09.2009.

Plan B – 5% discount
50% - upon signing the preliminary contract;
30% - after completion of rough construction and roof but not later than 15.04.2009;
20% - at transfer of ownership right, and not later than 30.09.2009.

The reservation deposit is 1000 euro, which is deducted from the first payment.

About the town

Sozopol is situated at the southern end of Bourgas Bay, 34 km from Bourgas - the third largest Bulgarian city with an international airport. The transfer from the airport takes less than 30 minutes.
