This beautiful little town is situated in a great, hilly area surrounded by large, venerable forest. Located 70 km east from the capital and biggest Bulgarian city Sofia the town offers great nature, quiet and peaceful environment, mountain-fresh air. There are also shops, bars (pubs), post office, bank as well as any other amenities that one might need in the everyday life. The town is not a long drive from other small towns in the area, such as Lukovit or Pravec. The distance to Sofia International Airport is some 90 km which on the motorway will take you less than an hour.
