Location
The hotel is located in the centre of Sal Rei on the island of Boa Vista in a quiet area just a few blocks from the main square. It is ideally located for the business executive who needs to be close to local banks, solicitors and officials and away from the tourists. There is a sea view from the apartments and roof terrace and the hotel is 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Boa Vista.

Restaurant
The restaurant is on the ground floor and also has a separate galleried private dining area with bar. There is space for 50 covers. In addition there is some outside seating with a water feature.
The restaurant is completely furnished with high quality chairs and tables, all necessary table ware, everything imported from Germany and never used. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, unused commercial equipment imported from Portugal. The kitchen is ready to go !

Apartments
?Sal Rei Apart Hotel? offers executive accommodation in five luxury appointed and fully furnished apartments; one studio and 4 double bedroom apartments. All luxury apartments are fully furnished and equipped including a small kitchen area, A/C units, TV, etc. and all have separate balconies. There is a stunning roof terrace with sea views that can be used for relaxing or private entertainment. The sound and heat insulation will ensure the busy executive has a cool quiet working environment which is also ideal for private meetings.

Specification
?Sal Rei Apart Hotel? is uniquely designed and the standard of workmanship and the modern building materials are of the best quality. All windows are double glazed with ?stop sol? glass to protect from the sunlight and heat. The tiles, bathroom fittings, air conditioning units, electrical sockets and switches have been imported from Spain and Italy. The unique build technique includes floor and ceiling, heat and sound insulation, making the apartments cool and quiet and reduces the cost of A/C to a minimum.
