Cotton Bay Resort located in a coastal area of Algodoeiro is developed in a completely different way from other existing projects in Cape Verde. The innovation is the proposal of a territorial and management model of touristy villages all within a fully integrated Resort.

This project is a combination of tourism, sports, well being, environment and landscape characteristics, which will be the support and specific product identification, bringing into the island the concept of an Eco-compatible Resort.

This type of disposition also ensures a better protection from the strong winds for the residencies and allows more green spaces.

The Northern area of the development, on the seaside is planned as a luxury Residential Area, where there will only be individual units. In the remaining Residential Areas there will also be individual houses in strategic locations. There will also be parking spaces near the residential areas.
