Payment Plan

Construction on phase one will be completed in early 2009 and phase two will be completed by late 2009. All prices are set in sterling and the developer has offered a very reasonable payment plan:

* 40% deposit (less the initial reservation fee) payable within 21 days
* 25% six months after paying the initial deposit
* 25% twelve months after paying the initial deposit
