RUNNING COSTS

Palm Beach Piazza Apartments - Running costs here would be approx.EUR 100 per month
Ocean Breeze Apartments and Villas - For those who decide to rent the property out themselves, the running costs are approx. EUR 100 per month for an apartment and EUR 200 per month for a villa.

El Andalous Apartments - Running costs here would be Approx. EUR 100 per month

FURNISHINGS

All properties will be unfurnished at the point of delivery unless you have chosen a furnishing pack via the developer prior to completion - More details are available on request, but as a guide a basic furnishing pack for a 1 bed apartment (including white goods) will be in the region of EUR 8,700, a 2 bed EUR 10,000 and a 3 bed detached villa EUR 14,500.

INSPECTION VISITS

Inspection Visits will be made available by the developer if required. The developer will pay for 2 nights accommodation (Half Board basis) at the Intercontinental Hotel in Hurghada.
Transfers to and from the airport will be provided by the hotel.
Clients will need to fund the cost of their flights and any additional nights spent at the hotel.

CLOSING COSTS

Approx. 3-5% of the sales price should be allowed for closing / purchase fees.
