The development is located in the up and coming intercontinental area, near to the famous Intercontinental Resort & Casino as well as the Hilton Resort. Regency Continental itself is only 500m from the beach and close to the local amenities of Hurghada.

The city provides a gateway to prime diving sites throughout the Red Sea.
