The villa is in very good condition, including new doors & windows everywhere. It is fantastically located in a very calm area, whilst just 2 minutes by car from the boulangerie, shops & other commodities & 3 minutes by car from the beach.From the outside the house appears slightly rambling in nature; inside all is in perfect order. It is laid out over one level, bar an en-suite bedroom on the first floor. Whilst currently furnished in a traditional manor, it would very easily house more modern tastes. The property is surrounded by gardens &/or terraces on all four sides, meaning that each bedroom has its private terrace. Furthermore, there will always be a place in the sun! The lounge/living area & the kitchen both open out onto a large front terrace, which in turn gives onto the swimming pool. (The child safety netting surrounding the pool can easily be taken down if not needed).Overall a great all-round villa; well worth a look.
