Dardilly is a small town just to the West of Lyon made up of two principal and nearby commercial centres, one around the church of Saint Jean-Marie Vianney (Dardilly-le-Bas, or Lower Dardilly), the other around the church of Saint Claude (Upper Dardilly, Dardilly-le-Haut).
