This exciting new development has been meticulously designed by a team of distinguished architects, to receate the style of a neighbouring traditional village.

The 54 planned residences - all unique in design - are scattered around a public square and the layout of the streets has been based on the model of an old Rhodian village.

The houses consist of simple structures, some with flat and others with tiled roofs. They feature the famous “votsalota”, pebble-stoned pavements that decorate interior and exterior spaces of most Rhodian homes and small swimming pools in the yards, designed to resemble the cisterns of old Rhodian dwellings. High walls, elegant chimneys, imposing gates and external stairways, create the traditional atmosphere of the new village.

The traditional theme is carried through internally with wooden beams and arches. Some interiors incorporate the traditional “pataros”, a raised platform used as a bedroom.
