The first floor apartment is on two levels and has three bedrooms. On the lower level is one bedroom, a lounge, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. A wooden staircase takes you to the second attic level, which consists of two bedrooms and a further bathroom. This apartment also features two outstanding balconies with superb views of the Ionian Sea.

The properties form a small complex of villas which are nestled in private land of approx. 9300m2 which includes an olive grove and an area of forest.
