This is an exclusive land plot in the center of Majori, the heart of resort zone of Jurmala.
The plot is located in dunes and has its own access to the seaside.

Size of the plot – 7313 m2.

All documentation and building permissions are available. It is possible to arrange parking spaces. In 100 meters from this place a famous “Dzintari” bay is located where the concerts of different world-famous pop stars take place.

Jurmala is mainly full of tourist and locals during annual song contest called «New Wave» (????? ?????). There is a same problem in Jurmala as in Riga – shortage of hotels that’s why even pop-stars have often to live in Riga because of lack of fashionable rooms.

Jurmala doesn’t have any elite-class hotel at the moment.

From March 2008 Latvia will join the Schengen Zone that presumably will cause a huge inflow of Russian tourists which had problems with getting Latvian visa before. Russians love Jurmala since the Soviet times, it is always popular among tourists from Russia. Also the main advantage is short distance from central Riga to Jurmala – only 15 minutes of driving by car.

There is a part of the forestland on the plot which may be used as a hotel garden.
Direct access to the sea. The land is well reclamated and additional cleaning is not required.
