General description
Campeche Playa Golf Marina & Spa Resort is located in the South of Mexico, in the Yucatan Peninsula, only 45 minutes south of the historic city of Campeche. This residential and tourist development with 5 star hotel is situated in an area of great natural richness, fine white sand beaches and excellent year round climate. The investment potential of this development is first rate and rental returns are expected to be strong given the uniqueness of the project.

The golf houses are lined up along the golf roadways, in buildings that form a boundary and protect the dense native vegetation. They have a view onto the golf course, the sea, and the biological corridor. The buildings have been proposed in three and four units at different heights. In both cases, one of them has been seperated from the rest in order to minimize their volumetric impact on the surrounding area.

There are two types of houses:
15 buildings which have 5 to 8 stories, divided into 38 residences: 14 three-bedroom flats and 24 two-bedroom flats. The two-bedroom flats measure 103 sq m to 122 sq m. The three-bedroom flats measure 125 sq m to the 227 sq m of the penthouses.

20 buildings which have 6 to 10 stories, divided into 60 residences: 18 three-bedroom flats and 42 two-bedroom flats. The two-bedroom flats measure 106 sq m to 112 sq m. the three-bedroom flats measure 128 sq m to 232 sq m of a penthouse.

These mesurements include terrace areas.

Each building has several halls which lead off to two residences per floor to offer more privacy and exclusiveness. It also means each flat enjoys wonderful views on both sides of the buliding. Most flats look out over the sea and golf course.


Campeche is home of the ancient Mayan civilitation and has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO thanks to its magnificent old quarter and to the archaeological sites that this state boasts.

The state of Campeche was one of the most important sites of ancient Mayan culture and today enjoys numerous archaeological sites in perfect state of preservation.

This resort is washed by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico which offer the possibility for deep sea fishing of Couch`s sea bream, grouper, tuna, a Mexican type of jack fish and ray among others, as well as shrimp and all sorts of shell fish.

Withinn the resort there will be a marina with a capacity of 150 slips and a Yacht Club for sea enthusiasts. The Club will consist of a clubhouse, restaurant, meeting room, changing rooms, gym, dry marina, etc.
