Apartments are equipped with their own private terraces, all with views of both the sea and the old town. Some info on the apartment- 43 m2 with 18m2 terrace- Top floor - Shared pool and shower area- shared gardens/terrace area- Parking available but no allocated parking space ( there are a few shared spaces available)-Tiled throughout except the bedroom which is bamboo flooring- own water tanks, Electricity sub station- Zanussi or Gorenje washing machine/ fridge/ freezer/cooker, double sofa bed, arm chair,dining table and 4 chairs, outside furniture, wardrobe, double bed plus all crockery, bedding, rugs, pics etc included which was all bought brand new when we set it up for rentals last year.-Maintenance fee is E800 per year which includes a care taker being on site from 9am-4pm and all communal areas, painting, cleaning etc is covered.
