Water and power can be turned off inside the parking garage so outsiders can't use it. 1 marked and numbered parking space for the first 6 or 7 sold apartments in locked parking garage. The garage door will be electric with remote control. The right to use the big terrace in front of the palace (the area closest to the ground floor apartments will be private for the ground floor apartments) The terrace in front is approximately 200 m2 in total and it will be finished with nice local stone tiles and 2 palm trees will be planted there. The Palace will be fitted with a state of the art waste water treatment system to clean all the dirty water from the apartments. In the attic there is room for storage of bigger things and this space is shared by everybody. There will be lights in the stairwell inside and on the outside access ways. There will also be light in the parking garage. For the first year the shared areas will be cleaned once a week.
