Pre-offplan deal
The developer is offering a pre-offplan purchase price of just 1,200 per m2, thats 40% below the market value of approximately 2,000 per m2 and a potential saving of over 95,000.
Limited availability
There are just 2 pre-offplan villas available at this discounted price. Once these units have sold, the developer will offer the remaining units at the regular off-plan price of 1,800-2000 per m2.
Staged payments
In most pre-offplan deals the developer requires the total purchase price upfront in return for offering such a substantial discount.
