About the town

Situate at 900m altitude, Borsec resort is well known for its forests, fresh air and mineral water springs. During winter, Borsec is the location of many ski competitions and other winter fests. Other attractions from Borsec resort are the two caves: the ice cave and the bear’s cave, the Bicaz lake and the Bistricioaia river where someone can fish.
