The majority of the Estates rest along the northern coast with stellar views of Phang Nga Bay, while a few select Estates are positioned on the southern coast and offer direct beachfront access along with views of scattered islands.

All Estates will boast beach or water frontage from 42m to 217m. Pool Villa owners will have access to Residential premium package facilities. There will also be fractional ownership options in yacht purchase/charter.

Management of the estate owners' properties will be carried out by Jumeirah Group, the dynamic Dubai based luxury international hospitality group and member of Dubai Holding. Should owners decide that they wish to rent out their home for part of the year this will be carried out and managed again by the boutique hotel operator.
