This is a very useful block of grazing land extending in total to approximately 41.80 Acres (16.91 Ha) situated on the edge of the village of Coelbren within the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is an area of natural beauty, being adjacent to National Trust Land, and is partly bordered by the Nant Llech river which flows into the Henrhyd Water Falls, a well known tourist attraction.The land is in two blocks divided by a minor country lane leading north out of Coelbren towards Penycae.The land to the west of the road extends to approximately 21.96 Acres and is accessed through the National Trust car park. It is mainly clear grazing land but includes a small neck of fenced off woodland which extends down to the Nant Llech, on the extreme western boundary. This small area is subject to a countryside commission protection scheme for which there is a small annual payment.The land to the east extends to 19.
