FLORIDA- CONDOS- MIAMI
Florida is near several Caribbean countries, particularly the Bahamas and Cuba. Florida is one of the largest states east of the Mississippi River and only Alaska and Michigan are larger in water area. Florida's climate makes it a popular state for immigrants. The term South Florida is roughly synonymous with the Gold Coast. The Principal Cities include Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. .
The word Miami actually represents something greater than merely the city of Miami, Florida. It is an all-encompassing term that binds together many of the smaller communities in Dade County. In actuality, the city of Miami is a small region around downtown, much of which not representing the city's famed image. In fact, many of the sights and tourist destinations associated with glorious Miami, like the Miami Seaquarium, Viscaya, The Miami Dolphins, The Florida Marlins, The University of Miami, and Miami's Metro Zoo are located in areas outside of the "Miami" city limits.
