Most Miami condominiums offer fitness centers, swimming pools, outdoor barbeque areas, saunas, Jacuzzis and tennis courts. For the younger residents, many of the new condos are providing recreation rooms with ping-pong tables, billiards, flat-screen televisions and Internet cafes. These are practically standard features in modern communities, so buyers can shop around for the development that is just right.

With so many features coming standard in today's new condos, buyers have many other factors to base their final decision on. First of all, buyers may feel more comfortable in Miami condominiums that are occupied primarily by owners, rather than renters. On the other hand, investment buyers may feel better about their decisions knowing their future tenants will be surrounded by a lot of fellow renters. Some Miami new condos are also more like small villages where everyone socializes, and there are others where everyone lives their own lives autonomously.

It is extremely convenient to have so many amenities right inside the condo building, and some communities even have grocery stores, dry cleaners and restaurants right inside. It's still important to find Miami condominiums that are close to other amenities, though, such as clothing stores, gas stations and entertainment venues. If the condo is not close to major shopping centers and other amenities, it should at least be close to a major freeway entrance. 

By searching online listings that prescreen developments and working with a trusty real estate agent, buyers should be able to find a condo with all the amenities as well as the most suitable way of life.
