Miami condos

Miami attracts people from all over the world because of its vibrant atmosphere and beaches. Following the real estate trends in other parts of the nation, condo complexes are doing very well in this city as well.

The availability and price of condos depends on the location of the complex. Beach front Miami condos are the most popular and also the most expensive. Because of the popularity of beach front condos, many new Miami condo projects are coming up along the coastline.

South Beach is one of the most popular areas for Miami condos because of its proximity to the ocean and its famous restaurants. South Beach area comes to life most evenings.

However, individuals who cannot afford the fabulous view of the Ocean afforded by some of the Miami condo complexes need not fret. There are several condos available just a few blocks from the ocean front. These condos are also more economical.

Individuals interested in a “downtown” environment often choose the Brickell neighborhood. Brickell is commonly referred to as "the Wall Street of the South". The condominiums here share space with over 60 commercial banks. These Miami condos are an upscale alternative to South Beach.

A lot of Miami condos are fashioned in a chic Euro style manner and have access to wine and cigar lounges, a health Spa, exclusive gyms and other selected services. Many Miami condos also have golf courses, swimming pools, gyms and game rooms. The advantage of all these condos is that maintenance of these facilities is taken care of by the condo developers. Security is also not an issue in these condos as all of them are equipped with state of the art, alarm systems. Anyways, most of the Miami condos are gated communities.

The Miami condo market is so robust that estimates show that more than 50,000 condos will be added to this market within the next 10 years. More than 35 projects in downtown Miami are expected be completed this year. A Miami Beach condo will cost around $200,000 and Brickell condo of the same size will cost at least $500,000.

Neighboring suburbs are also being influenced by the Miami condo developments. Wynwood, a neighborhood not far from South Beach district, this is evident. There are several condo projects coming up in this area. Condos are also being developed in many middle class neighborhoods of Miami for those who cannot afford beach front homes. As results neighborhoods such as Little Haiti, Liberty City and Overtown are already overflowing with condos.
