The 2nd tallest building in Miami, this 67 story tower and boutique hotel overlooks Biscayne Bay and promises dazzling ocean and city views, along with a lifestyle of elite sophistication.  As the city’s most elegant new development featuring world-class design by Arquitectonica and the highest quality features and detailing, Marquis is set to become the crown jewel of Downtown Miami.  It will comprise 306 ultra-luxurious residences and a 56 key, five-star “Eleven Biscayne Hotel & Spa” managed by Rock Resorts, along with a magnificent spa and fitness center on two levels. 

A unique feature will be a monumental wall sculpture for the garage facade designed by renowned artist Tom Patti, as part of Miami-Dade County’s Art in Public Places.   The 200 Ftx40 Ft work, conceived with architectural glass & metals as the primary sculptural material, will be Patti’s first major commission in Miami.  The partnership is spearheading the initiative.
