This project is located on Watson Bayou in Panama City.  Watson Bayou is regarded as one of the most protected ‘safe harbors’ in Florida and is used for deepwater mooring during storms by many boaters from the surrounding region.  The Bayou also provides a safe place for those owners who may not live in the area permanently, insuring peace-of-mind that your boat is safe when you are not there.  With approximately five nautical miles separating you from the Gulf of Mexico, a 15 minute cruise is all that stands between you and the ‘big/deep water.’
