Both neighborhoods boast tree-lined streets with sidewalks, popular restaurants, bars and shops and strong neighborhood associations. Just north of the city, a wealth of condominiums have sprung up these condos offer easy access to GA-400 and the concentration of office and commercial buildings are within walking distance . Housing ranges from high rises to town homes. Atlanta has experienced tremendous growth in condominium development in the last few years.
