As of March 12^th, 2007, Jennifer Holba has officially joined NewCondosOnline.com, as the Regional Director of Real Estate.  For the past six years, Jennifer acted as a Senior Buyer Specialist with the #1 Prudential team in the nation, Neuman & Neuman Real Estate, in Downtown San Diego.  Over those six years, she received a substantial amount of training in advanced sales techniques and tactics when working with internet buyers. 

According to the National Association of Realtors, approx. 80% of buyers begin their home search on the internet.  With the rapid advancement of internet technology, the importance of real estate related websites will be extremely valuable.  New Condos Online provides the home buyer with the largest national one-stop resource to find and compare new condo, townhome, and loft properties.

Jennifer has created a new division of NCO titled VIST, Virtual Internet Sales Team.  She is drafting teams of top producing real estate agents across the country to begin following up with the buyer inquires that are generated by NewCondosOnline.  Considering internet buyers are a new commodity, the sales background Jennifer has will benefit the VIST agents through continuous training and assistance.
