Real Estate Market Calls for Forward Thinking Experts
Press Release. Dated 03/12/2008
Though condo developers have long understood the need for marketing and advertising, the need for smarter and more innovative marketing as well as “out of the box” strategic thinking is stronger than ever.
Through experience, knowledge, and an unmatched passion for the luxury real estate market, Americas Media Group Worldwide (AMG) consistently delivers the most unique and effective strategies that top developers and consumer brands have come to rely on. From conception to launch, and all of the in-between stages, AMG creates the kind of high-caliber campaigns that clients as well as buyers both remember and respond to.
AMG recently worked with 2700 North Ocean, the premiere condominium resort in Singer Island, Florida to create a one of a kind Designer Showcase. This landmark event, conceptualized by Becky Manuel, Vice President of Public Relations at AMG, brought together the biggest names in media and design in a spectacular designer showhouse. To create a level of artistic integrity rarely seen with large-scale development, Americas Media Group Worldwide (AMG) reached out to the world’s leading magazines and created partnerships that included advertising, branding, events, and the ability of these international publications to reach celebrity interior designers.
Making the program’s final cut were Condé Nast Traveler, the world’s most affluent and well-read travel magazine who brought on designer Katherine Kesler, Architectural Digest, the world’s principal shelter publication who hand-picked Charles Allem from their “AD 100”, and Elite Traveler the exclusive publication of private air travel, who set their sites on world-renowned David Linley to transport a bit of Europe to Singer Island. Each designer worked hand in hand with their publication to create a home reflective of the style of the magazine’s reader, and the 2700 lifestyle. The year-long project culminated with an over the top gala that played host to socialites, media heads, and celebrities on-site at the spectacular property. Each unit was available to the public for viewing, and the three designer units were presented as fully furnished, celebrity designed, for-sale units with the Condé Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, or Elite Traveler stamp of approval.
The forward-thinking principles at 2700 North Ocean, who recognize the importance of a creative and fresh approach in today’s saturated market, worked hand in hand with AMG to brand their beautiful project. Americas Media Group Worldwide (AMG) continues to work with the world’s most elite brands to utilize their formidable media buying power, broker connectivity, public relations outreach, and creative genius. The company often takes their clients from a simple name or building to an internationally-known, exclusive, powerhouse creation.
