Aquella

Aquella is located on Carson Avenue in Atlantic City, across the harbor from the Borgata Hotel and Casino.  The development spans an entire peninsula and will consist of 16 townhomes and 7 estate homes.

Philadelphia-based architect firms Cecil Baker & Associates and Qb3 have been selected to share the honor of developing the property.  Cecil Baker has designed 12 townhomes and 4 estate homes.  Qb3 has designed the remaining four townhomes and 3 estate homes.

Aquella features several nautical designs with roof caps crafted in the shape of sails.  All of the homes showcase magnificent views of the surrounding harbor from every angle.  Qb3 has incorporated floor to ceiling glass walls into the living spaces of its townhomes, which open up to balconies overlooking the bay.  Cecil Baker has taken a similar approach to their townhomes with oversized glass windows and doors leading out to terraces on each level.  The top floor of each residence is home to the master suite and master bath.

Each of the sixteen townhomes offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, its’ own boat slip and a one-car garage.  The estate homes feature double boat slips and a two-car garage.  Elevators come standard in the seven estate homes and are optional in the 12 townhomes designed by Cecil Baker.  High-end finishes include Poggenpohl kitchens, Gaggenau appliances, Dornbracht & Duravit faucets and hardwood flooring.

Aquella’s residences range in price from $1.2 million to just under $4 million. The townhomes will be delivered as soon as the fourth quarter of 2007.
