       If your first choice has already been reserved, you can place a deposit on that suite to get a place in line

       Once the Planned Unit Development has been approved by the Department of Community Affairs, each potential owner will receive a copy of the public offering for attorney review and can opt out of purchasing at that time

       Non-binding deposit will transfer to deposit for agreement of sale

            The Utilities
