New York Condos
New York is the largest city in the United States, and one of the largest in the entire world with massive development of New York condos under way. New York City is known for being a leader in the arts, media, education, entertainment, and fashion industries. The city is comprised of five separate Burroughs: Brooklyn, the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Each is, in essence, its own town or neighborhood and they differ from each other like night and day. No matter what your lifestyle there is a Burrough, and a New York condo, that's right for you.
The Bronx is a diverse neighborhood with a large Dominican and Puerto Rican population. It is home to many off-off Broadway productions that stage many works from Latin American and African playwrights. It also features the Bronx Museum of the Arts which features artwork from Bronx artists, or of particular importance to Bronx residents. It is also home to the world famous Bronx Zoo, Yankee Stadium, and the New York Botanical Garden.
Queens is the most populated of the New York Burroughs and is the site of New York's two most major airports. Queens itself is broken up into several smaller neighborhoods and residents identify more with their location then with the overall neighborhood of Queens itself.
Brooklyn has a strong arts scene and in recent years has seen a huge influx of artists and musicians. It is a culturally diverse neighborhood that appeals to a younger crowd.
Manhattan is something like a downtown area in any major city and is where the glut of new luxury New York condos are being built and sold. It is the commercial, financial, and cultural center of the United States, and to some degree the entire world. A New York condo in Manhattan will place you in the heart of the city, and most likely very close to your work.
Staten Island is the largest and least populated of New York's five Burroughs, giving it a suburban feel even though it is part of the nations largest city. This Burroughs appeals to families and people who want small town feel with big city accessibility.
