The very high growth rate of the city of Charlotte has invigorated the real-estate market. The heart of the city of Charlotte is one of the most exciting areas in the city. The price will start from $200.000 and up. The tower construction company will open sales this year in May / June and with 150 and more condos per building they expect a huge profit.

Located in Wesley Heights, this new condo complex will contain 24 modern style town home condos with exquisite finishes such as free standing oversized bath tubs, wet room showers and oversized windows. This area will be surrounded by a large green space.
Another newly discussed project for Charlotte new condos is "Court 6" These will be situated near the new Arena and Entertainment complex and all of Uptown. Prices here range from $169.900 to $188.500 and will probably rise.
Another luxury condo complex is being constructed in uptown Charlotte. This will consist of an eight story building. Here the resident can get a full floor or half a floor, with sizes ranging from 3200 to 7000 square feet. The building will have a luxury rooftop social plaza for residents and their guests. These Charlotte new condos will have walls of floor to ceiling glass and high end luxury finishes. A restaurant is also planned to be built at the first floor. Every residence will have private elevator access. But all this things don't come cheap, with prices ranging from $1.5 million to $4 million dollars.
