PROPERTY DIRECTIONS:Follow US 264 to Washington. At the intersection of US 264 and Market Street, go south on Market Street for 5 blocks. Turn left on Water Street and go 3 blocks to Moss Landing on the right.
PROPERTY INSPECTION: The property will be open for viewing from October 2 through Auction Day, 10 AM until 5 PM daily.
AUCTION LOCATION: The auction will be held on-site at Moss Landing.
AUCTION REGISTRATION: To bid at the auction, you must first register and receive a bid number. A Bid Deposit of $10,000 (Condos) and $1,000 (Marina Slips) will be required at registration and will be refunded at the close of the auction, or applied to the earnest money deposit, as appropriate. The Bid Deposit may be in the form of a certified check made payable to the bidder, or a personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee.
TERMS: A ten percent (10 %) down payment will be due immediately upon being declared a Buyer of the real estate. The Bid Deposit will be credited toward the down payment. The balance of the purchase amount will be due at closing within 30 days.
AUCTION FEE: A buyer's premium of 10% will be added to the successful high bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the purchaser.
