There are also many new condos being built to add to the convenience of city living. Brandywine Creek is another famous part of the city that you might want to find new condos in. as a part of history, Brandywine Creek is most noted for its participation in the Revolutionary War. Today, it is a great place to find peace and serenity. With a short trip from many Philadelphia condos, anyone can take advantage of this little haven. The State Park is decently sized, so it can be a convenient outing from many Philadelphia condos.

Love Park is another famous sight to see. The sight was designed to cover a parking garage, and was most recognized for having curvy granite steps that skateboarders fell in LOVE with. Now the park is located in Center City, surrounded by City Hall and many Philadelphia condos. People enjoy walking though the park to see the one spouted fountain and the famous LOVE sculpture. The biggest action that the park has seen was a few years ago when skateboarding was banned from the park. In response, the park saw revolts and petitions. Now, owners of Philadelphia condos surrounding the park can peacefully enjoy the park.

For those owners of condos near the Philadelphia Museum of Art, you can easily stroll down to the museum to get a bit of history through famous artworks aging form many eras, including the Revolutionary War. The museum attracts people from all round the world daily to get a glimpse of the art and to catch up on history. Those in Philadelphia condos can easily access the museum and take advantage of the historical city in which they live.
