Some of the newer luxury condos are said to have solariums, spas and fully equipped gyms in addition to landscaped gardens.

Most of the Seattle new condos are slender buildings that are well over 400 feet tall. As a result of the new, tall buildings there is now space for more people to move away from the suburbs into Seattle.

In most Seattle condominiums, the owner of a condo unit is responsible only for the inner walls of the unit but not for the wall itself. The external parts of the condo including roof/crawlspace/attic/siding, are covered by the dues paid into the Homeowners Association.  However, this ownership of units in Seattle condos depends on the agreement drawn up between the condo unit and the management. So buyers need to be aware of what they are getting themselves into.

Buyers of Seattle condos need to make sure that the condo complex has passed a housing inspection. Prospective buyers can get an indoor house inspection done for their particular unit as well.
