Seattle Condos

Seattle is the largest city in the Pacific northwest with agressive development plans for new Seattle condos. It is a port city with a rich history and thriving businesses. Seattle has been ranked as the most literate city in the United States, and the most educated. About half of all Seattle residents over the age of twenty five have a college degree, and a whopping ninety-three percent have at least a high school diploma. This highly educated workforce makes Seattle home to many businesses and industries. Of course Seattle is probably most famous as the birthplace of many coffee related businesses, being the home of Starbucks, Seattle's Best, and Tully's.  The city has been undergoing massive redevelopment and Seattle condos and residential building have been leading that charge.

Seattle has grown mainly by annexing smaller cities and towns that surround it, leading to it being nicknamed a 'city of neighborhoods'. Each of these neighborhoods has its own atmosphere and will appeal to people with different lifestyles. No matter what your lifestyle there is probably a Seattle condo in the right neighborhood for you.

Seattle is a performing arts mecca, with one of the countries leading ballet schools, and several orchestras. Seattle also has several theatres that are equipped for Broadway style plays and musicals, as well as many smaller venues that attract an eclectic mix of performances and theater goers. Spoken word performances and poetry readings are also important staples to Seattle's culture.

You'll find all sorts of things to see and do near your Seattle condo. The city hosts an international film festival that draws hundreds of thousands of cinema fans from around the world, many music festivals, and sporting events. The city is filled with many well maintained parks and cycling and walking are popular modes of transportation despite the cities extensive bus routes and commuter rails. Seattle also has the largest ferry system in the United States that connects the downtown area of the city with neighboring islands and communities.
